WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK

We aim to bring you the highest quality products and shopping experience. If for any reason within 30 days of your purchase you decide to return your DIOSA product, we’re here to help.

We’ll exchange, refund or offer store credit depending on your circumstances. Please make sure you’ve read and understand our return policy.
DIOSA’s Return Policy

  • You have 30 days to try out your DIOSA product.

  • Items must be returned in original condition except where a defect may have occurred – such as stitching coming loose or a zipper breaking.

  • All original pieces must be included with the return – protector bags and any accessory bags. If you’re unsure what was included with your purchase, please reach out to info@diosadesigns.com.

  • LOVEWORTHY and other clearance products are final sale, no refunds/exchanges/store credit will be provided for these items.

Our return process has been made even easier with new package-free drop-off locations across Canada, and we encourage you to try this method of return for instant results.

You’ll need your Order Number and Email Address to get started.
You can return items that meet our return policy via Canada Post with a prepaid shipping label, or by dropping off at ReturnBear locations across Canada. We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is one small way that we can employ more sustainable practices for our customers and our planet.
